LA Clippers proprietor Steve Ballmer on Monday achieved his buy of The Forum from Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corporation for $400m (approx £320.8m).
Newly created Forum Entertainment LLC will proceed running the building that opened in 1967 as a live performance venue.
